Information Collected by Mobile Applications

When you use our Mobile Application, the Mobile Application may automatically collect and store some or all of the following information from your mobile device, including without limitation:

• Your timezone
• Your mobile operating system
• Your geolocation

We may use information automatically collected by the Application in the following ways:

• To detect your local time based on your timezone
• To create aggregated information to determine which Mobile Application features can be supported by the different OS versions.

We use that geolocation information we track through your Device – to monitor your activities as a sales representative and determine the level of commitment. You as a sales representatives will have visit plans assigned to you by day and to be able to determine whether you completed your visit, you can only mark your presence via the mobile app when you are within the visit location. We use your device location to determine if you are within your target location.

We will not share this information with third parties for any purpose and will only use this information for the sole purpose of providing you with the ability to prove your level of commitment. You may at any time no longer allow our Application to use your location by turning this feature off.
